1. Agreement/Acceptance of Terms
This document constitutes an agreement between you and MusicJobList.com and governs your use. By using MusicJobList.com in any way - viewing, posting, reading, surfing the site, etc., - (referred to hereafter as "Service"), you are agreeing to the below Terms of Use ("Terms"), which may be updated at any time without notice to you.

2. Content/Use
You understand the Service offers such things as job postings, online community messages, ads, etc., ("Content"). You understand and agree that the Content may originate from 3rd parties of any kind (employers, businesses, groups, people, etc). You understand and agree the Content made available is the sole responsibility of those from whom the Content was inititated and originated. You understand and agree that you are entirely responsible for all Content that you make available through the Service. You understand and agree that you may view Content through the Service that you dislike, find offensive, etc, and that you use Content and the Service willfully and at your own risk. You agree to make Content available through the Service that you are entitled to make available by law. You agree not to hold MusicJobList.com liable for the deletion or failure to store any Content. You acknowledge that MusicJobList.com in no way endorses any person, organization, etc simpy because they made Content available through the Service. You agree MusicJobList.com has nothing to do with and is in no way responsible for your interactions with people, businesses, organizations, etc., found on or through the Service. You agree that you engage in these dealings willfully and at your own risk. You agree MusicJobList.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, etc., incurred as the result of any such dealings. You agree MusicJobList.com is a fantastic service and the people behind such a great service are good and benevolent people who were trying to help you, not hurt you, and by turning around and thinking of holding them liable for dealings you initiated or took part in with others isn't their fault. And if you even think it's their fault, or if you think about holding them liable, you shall spend eternity in hell. You agree that under no circumstances will MusicJobList.com be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content made available in any way via the Service. You acknowledge that if MusicJobList.com has the right but not the obligation to remove or delete and Content made available on MusicJobList.com for any reason. You acknowledge and agree that MusicJobList.com may at any time disclose any Content or information, including but not limited to email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, other user information, etc. You acknowledge that you automatically grant, and have the right to grant, the right to any and all Content that you make available through the Service. You acknowledge you grant MusicJobList.com a fully paid license to use said Content. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate or copy Content from the Service, and agree to abide by any and all copyright notices displayed on the Service.
You agree not to make Content available through the Service that is unlawful, libelous, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful (toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age) or pornographic. You agree to not make Content available through the Service that is false or misleads in any way. You agree not to infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, etc of any kind. You agree to not use viruses or data mining software of any kind on the Service. You agree that MusicJobList.com, its officers, and its employees are not responsible for any claim or demand made by anybody arising out of Content you made available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

3. Limitations/Termination of Service
You acknowledge MusicJobList.com may establish any limits concerning any use of the Service and these limits may change at any time without notice or warning to you. You agree that MusicJobList.com has no responsibility to offer this Service and may stop or discontinue the Service or any part at any time and you should not rely upon it. You agree that MusicJobList.com may block your use or terminate your access, of any kind, to use of the Service (or any part thereof), without notice or warning to you, for any reason.

4. Rights/Liability
The Service is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy anything from the site or Service. You also agree not to view, attempt to view, take, attempt to take, use or attempt to use any of the source code or engage in any actions that could reasonably lead to that end. You understand and agree that MusicJobList.com disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk, and MusicJobList.com shall not be liable for any damages, of any kind. For Christ Sakes, everything is friggin free. And If any of the above provisions are void under governing law, our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law and then you give us permission to counter sue you for 100X what you sued us for. You also agree to wear a chicken suit to the trial and your lawyer must wear a bikini (if it's a male attorney) or a matching chicken suit (if it's a woman).
